They fit perfectly the pictures on line did not give you the true beautiful stones. I got the screw backs for safety purposes, but the screw backs are flat and thin. I am 75 years old and they are very hard for me to screw on the earrings. I do wish they were bigger and easier for me to use. Other than issue I would recommend anyone trust this company
