The ring is stunning in person (she said yes!). Went with the 10k white gold Communication with Ankit was professional and prompt via email. Shipping was within a week from Surat to Canada (yes i paid for expedited, it is worth it in my opinion). No complaints whatsoever but remember to give them adequate time to make it, good things take time! From order to ring in hand was around a month total. Worth every penny and the smile on her face. I requested a custom stone size, color, and cut from an existing listing. Ankit was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the design phase. He is also highly knowledgeable about the characteristics and quality of the materials, providing unbiased guidance in cut, color, and setting choices. Ring arrived on time, perfectly sized, and exactly as expected. We will certainly order again.

I ordered a custom designed ring from Diamondrensu. Ankit was very patient with me as I went through 4 CAD revisions to ensure that I was getting exactly what I envisioned. His price was extremely reasonable which is why I chose to work with him. I appreciated that Ankit sent me pictures and videos of the stone and ring before it was shipped to me. Shipping was extremely fast and I received the ring in 4 days, just in time for Christmas. The ring itself is very beautiful in person. I ordered near colorless stones (IJK color range) and the stones still appear very white. My center stone is 6 carat and set in 14k gold but for some reason, the ring feels very light weight. I'm slightly concerned about this because I plan to wear it every day but it still looks beautiful and hopefully it will last for years to come.
