Seller is helpful

Thank you Ankit and team, I am totally obsessed with the ring, it totally exceeded my expectations in all regards. Ankit helped me with all of my questions and doubts, as it is my first purchase over seas. I would give him a 10 stars if it was possible. Looking forward to working with him again.

Outstanding customer service

The customer service I received was outstanding! Ankit responded to all of my questions very promptly and clearly. Expedited shipping had me receive the ring in only 6 days. It’s a truly beautiful ring they even lowered the setting a bit which works far better for my busy life with 3 boys. I love it and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Thank you Diamondrensu

We bought my engagement ring on their etsy.com store. They are so easy to work with, very prompt replies! Sent pictures to us before they shipped it- which was so great! I was nervous at first, but when I opened my package it took my breath away! I am so excited to wear this everyday forever! Can't wait to get my wedding band & matching earrings! Thank you so much!

Stunning

Absolutely stunning! 5ct Asscher,Gold Hidden Halo, plus Ankit did this custom band for me.... so dainty and spot on from the pics I sent. These are real customized pieces.... very well done jeweler craftsmanship. Hard to find that now. Fantastic Customer service... hard part is the wait during these Covid times but SO WORTH it. I will be purchasing a second "everyday" Ring! It's even more beautiful and brilliant than my original 1ct Asscher which we paid a FORTUNE for! Buy it you will have NO regrets

My ring is BEYOND Beautiful!

I just received my engagement ring today, It took a little less than a month to arrive- which was expected!
My ring is BEYOND beautiful! The pictures don't do this ring any justice, every time I look at it it takes my breath away! The shop is so easy to work with as well, quick responses and worked with me. I can't wait to get the matching earrings & wedding band! Thank you!
