Amazing speed from order to receiving item in Australia. Speed for a made to order item is unparalleled. Lab grown diamonds are excellent quality. Very beautiful piece. This is the second item I have bought and will purchase again from Diamondrensu. Customer service 4 stars because at one point I didn’t get an answer to a question I had for 5 days and I had a tight timeline but in the end I still received the item in record time.

Beautiful!!! More beautiful than I expected. I love this ring.
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that the ring exceeded your expectations and that you love it. Enjoy your beautiful new piece!
The ring is absolutely gorgeous. It is everything I wanted it to be and more! I will definitely buy from him again. However, customer service was not the best. After the ring was done, I was offered express shipping 3 to 4 days. I paid for the express shipping right away because I was leaving town and knew I wanted to ring before I left town . Two days later had not received any notification that the ring had been shipped. When I contacted the seller, he promptly sent the ring out that day, however the delivery date was now the date that I was going to be out of town. I feel that he should’ve offered to refund me the express delivery fee since it really wasn’t an express delivery. And I had to extended delivery even further due to no one being there to sign for it.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're thrilled the ring exceeded your expectations and that you're considering purchasing from us again. However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding the express shipping. Your feedback is invaluable for improving our services, and we'll take steps to ensure better fulfillment processes in the future. Please reach out to us to discuss how we can make this right for you.
