My experience was unique. I accidently purchased my rings. I was trying to decide between 2 different bands and a ring. While going back and forth from the cart, I was also looking at the price of course. I did not realize my shop pay app had connected and I wanted to view my payment options on the 2 ring option. When I clicked payment, I was not aware the shop pay was connected automatically. So I bought 2 rings. I immediately emailed the jewler, and he responded. He told me he would be happy to help me, he sent CAD files of the rings and dimensions of both sets. He offered a discount, and expedited shipping for me due to my wedding being a week later. My ring arrived 1 day after my wedding which is fine, it is the thought that counts for me, and if I would have decided on the ring a day or two sooner, it would have been here by the wedding. The owner/jewler stayed in contact with me the whole time. To be in the U.S and buying out of the country in India, can be worrisome with the way scams have gotten so common in today's world. But, the kindness, and effort, as well as the day to day contact the jewler kept with me regarding my concerns, wishes, and wants.. I could not have asked for a better experience!!
I will be purchasing from here again. 10/10 experience rating! Plus! My ring was absolutely beautiful!! It was EXACTLY what I was wanting and looking for. I tried on many many rings at local jewler in town but the mixing and matching and prices just didnt add up to he settling with me. I found this jewler and his store and I combined things I saw i liked in rings I tried on and he had rings of those combinations! It was amazing. So, I took a chance on it and I am beyond grateful I did !! Both band and ring was bought with this jewler! I strived for a dainty look! Thats how I described what I wanted at every local store I went to. When I took matters into my own hands and found this site, and decided on these two, once I got them in and people saw the rings , without ever knowing that dainty was my goals, that is exactly how they described my rings. And I feel the goal was for sure accomplished!

My ring arrived and it is so beautiful, only I must have measured incorrectly and it was too big, I have taken it to the local jeweller to have it resized and I look forward to picking it up. I will definitely be purchasing from you again.

My fiance is absolutely in love with her ring and says it's the most beautiful ring she has ever seen. She can't keep her eyes off it. It's extremely sparkly and has wonderful clarity/color and was even bigger than we expected. The communication with Ankit was top notch keeping me informed every step of the process and answering my questions very quickly. I was very impressed and am so glad I chose to buy from Diamondrensu.
